Customer service will be performed as first come, first serve.

An EMERGENCY can be declared for a $50 fee and you will be placed at the top of the que.

ON-SITE SERVICE

All PC troubleshooting (9AM - 5PM Monday – Friday)                                                                          $90 per Hour

*Billed as a half hour minimum with each half hour there after.

 After Hours Call (before 9AM and after 5PM Monday- Friday and All Day Saturday and Sunday)  $135 per Hour

IN-SHOP SERVICE

Hardware Diagnostics                                                                                                                           $35  

In-shop Labor Rates                                                                                                            $75 per Hour

 Software Install (per program)                                                                                            $25 + Software

Data Recovery Attempt                                                                                                                        $35

* Data Backup per CD/DVD                                                                                                                   $10

7% Sales Tax applies to all labor charges in the state of Mississippi .
